RE-ELECT

JOANNE
THOMPSON

Let’s keep building in St. John’s East

LET’S BUILD IN
ST. JOHN’S EAST

This election matters—more than most. We need a leader who will always stand up for Canada, not one that operates from Trump’s playbook. We need proven economic smarts, not slogans and insults. We need someone who has navigated crisis and built economies, not lifelong politicians only interested in themselves.

With Mark Carney, we’re going to build one strong Canadian economy, secure new trading partners, and protect the progress we’ve made in programs like seniors’ dental care and $10/day child care—both of which Pierre Poilievre will cancel.

I’m running again to stop divisive Conservative cuts to the services you rely on and to stand up for Newfoundland and Labrador. I humbly ask for your vote to continue being a strong voice at the table for you.

Prior to her Cabinet appointment, she also served as Seniors Caucus Chair and Women’s Caucus Co-Chair.
